• Minimum stay 30 nights consecutive.
• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of taxes and VAT.
• Advanced full prepayment is required.
• Reservation made is non-refundable and no sub-renting.
• Villa without breakfast.
• Housekeeping service with change of linen and towels 1 time per week.
• Room amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee capsule) are not refilled during the stay.
• 1 month accidental deposit is required upon check in, and to be returned after check out.

Extra Charges

• Electricity consumed will be charged at THB 7.50 per unit (total amount to be calculated on a monthly basis).
• Water supply consumed will be charged at THB 13.00 per unit (total amount to be calculated on a monthly basis).
• Housekeeping service extra will be charged per time at THB 1,000 THB for 3 Bedroom, THB 1,500 for 4 Bedroom and THB 2,000 for 6 Bedroom.
• Once a week Gardening and Pool Maintenance is compulsory charged at THB 7,000 per month.
• Night security service is compulsory charged at THB 3,000 per month.
