1. Complimentary concierge service

Enjoy our complimentary concierge services available every day of the week between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Check-in and Check-out will be conducted in your villa. If your arrival is scheduled after 6:00 PM, our security guard will guide you to your villa and the formal check-in will be performed by our villa manager on the following day.

During your stay with us, our Villa Manager will be delighted to provide you with any assistance you may need. Additionally, our Villa App provides a convenient way to access a wide range of services and facilitates seamless communication through its direct chat feature.

2. Food and beverages service

Enjoy a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine when booking for 3 nights or more.

Experience the convenience of villa delivery through our Villa App from Fresca Kitchens & Deli.

Mini Bar selections are conveniently available in your villa.

3. Access to STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort

As Villa Guests, you have exclusive access to complimentary services at STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort, which include:

– 24-hour access to STAY FIT gym, spanning an impressive 1,000sqm across three floors.

– Access to the refreshing swimming pools.

4. Spa Treatments

Indulge in in-villa massage with advance reservations.

For a truly luxurious experience, we highly recommend visiting LeSpa located at STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort, where you can enjoy a variety of premium treatments, including 2 Onsen (Himalayan Salt Wall and Infrared Sauna), an Essential Oil Steam Room, Ice Wall Room, Cold Plunge Pool, Micro Bubble Bath, and Hot Mineral Bath, along with 2 Floating Therapy rooms.

5. Complimentary villa limousine service

Available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – accommodating up to 8 persons per trip within Rawai area. The maximum waiting time for both drop-off and round trip service is 20 minutes.

7. Car rental service

Car rental service can be arranged by our team upon prior request and we are more than happy to help you with all the necessary details.

8. Airport pick-up

Car (max 2 pax) = 1,400 THB/ one way

Van (max 5 pax) = 1,600 THB/ one way.

This price is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Conditions: Airport service must be confirmed at least 1 day in advance.
